In March, the world stopped life how we knew it and all of a sudden, we all had to quarantine. People stopped going to work, they stopped physical socializing, stopped needing to get out of the house. We had to stay put and stay safe where we were to stop the spread of this horrible Pandemic, Covid-19. Many of us felt an immediate fear wipe over us, feeling imprisoned in our “staying put.” In actuality, we were all “safe” at home! For the most part.

We learned how to cope, using so many different outlets. Some of us got creative, some of us got to cleaning, and despite having to physically distance from our loved ones, we actually grew closer together. We started chatting more in real time, video calling, conference calling. We began getting in touch with long lost family and friends. Rekindling those relationships we sometimes leave in the dust of our fast moving lives.

Having to slow down, has been good for us, for our planet and for our souls. So when Femme Luxe offered a few outfits in exchange for review, I gladly took them up on their offer. Who doesn’t need a day to dress up and model at home? It was fun, and I really liked the clothes. I will say that I don’t think I need to order the big sizes I did. Back when I initially ordered in 2019 from them, it seemed their sizes ran small, but now they run quite to fit.

These pants are very comfortable. I really liked the cuff at the ankle and would have liked pockets on the back but very nice fit. The color is fabulous.

Black Slinky Dress – High Neck Sleeveless Bodycon midi dress

This Black slinky dress was so comfortable, it felt like pjs. I’d go one or two sizes down from what you normally wear. Because it’s a body con dress, it doesn’t hug you tight, so you can wear a smaller size for a tighter fit. I love this dress and can see myself wearing it out to a nice dinner or party.

Check out the clothes at FemmeLuxeFinery.com for your feel good clothes.

I also made a Tik Tok video of the #DontRush challenge with one of my Femme Luxe dresses. Check it out here.
