I came across this great Christmas bucket list on Pinterest and wanted to share with you all because it’s going to help me make this a December to remember.  Every year Christmas comes and goes and is a distant memory, at least for me.  This time I want to enjoy it and make memories that will be relived during holiday gatherings for years to come.  Life is always a rush, hurry up and do this and hurry up and do that, but we have to slow down, not only for ourselves but for the children.  My kids are 5 and 7 and they won’t be this age again.   We have to really listen to them, really take the time to connect with them.  There are so many distractions today with social media and technology but don’t forget to make December a month to Remember.   Take pictures, just don’t shmooze the feeds while making your memories, do it after.

One of our family traditions is watching classic Holiday movies with the kids.  We love being transported to other worlds and times.  One of my favorites is ABC Family’s lineup for December.  You can find Holiday specials on almost all the networks but ABC Family has something on every day.  Click Here for ABC Family’s 25 days of Christmas programming for 2014.  Hit record on the DVR for any show you may not catch and enjoy later.

What are you and your family doing to make a December to remember?  Share ideas and send me pics I can share with our readers. xoxo
