Do you dread making travel plans because of Adult Incontinence?  I have held back on certain things because of AI but I’ve learned I don’t have to do that anymore.  I’ve adapted and found ways to enjoy a normal life.  This includes travel and adventure.  I know what it’s like to have AI and cough or sneeze too hard or try an activity that includes jumping.  If I jump rope or join the kids in a bouncy house, it’s game over for me. The same goes for overnights. When I’m sick, I am prepared to handle the AI brought on by night time coughs and have learned how to conquer incontinence thanks to TENA intimates® Overnight Pads.

In less than a month, my family and I are embarking on a family trip back to my mother’s motherland.  There will be a lot of adventure and I won’t let anything stop me.  I will pack my TENA intimates® Overnight Pads to help me feel protected and be able to relax.  Instead of tensing up, like I tend to do, when it’s time for a new escapade, I’ll feel confident and safe.  When shopping for our upcoming adventure, I picked up TENA intimates® Overnight Pads at Walgreens.  You can find them in the Pads & Liners/Protective Underwear aisle.

I love shopping at Walgreen’s because it’s easy to find things and they have everything I ever need or want.  At Walgreen’s I can find everything from travel size products to make up or snacks, they’ve always got me covered.

Here are 5 essential tips to enjoy your travel despite Adult Incontinence.

  • Plan for adventure, live your life without compromise.  Don’t let AI scare you away from trying new experiences. Pack clothing that you’re comfortable in and PJ’s that will help support your TENA intimates®.  Plan ahead for unexpected coughs and allergies.  I take the necessary precautions to avoid any accidents but I also have learned to not allow fear to take over my life.

  • Eat, drink and be merry.  Have you ever deprived yourself from a late night outing that would cause you to drink past a certain hour?  I’ve been there too.  With TENA intimates® great absorbency, now with ProSkin Technology™ I can enjoy any outing no matter how late.  I can sleep worry-free and stay fresh.  The soft top later wicks fluid away from the skin keeping me feeling intimately fresh and clean.  I no longer turn down late night dinners or cocktails.

  • Laugh out Loud – Don’t stop enjoying your life.  Have you ever had a laugh so hard that you crossed your legs?  I’m laughing now just thinking about it, because when things are super hilarious, you know what that leads to.  But it sure feels good to laugh hard.  AI is not going to steal my joy of laughter.

  • Sunblock and Bug Spray.  Because where there is adventure, there are bugs and sun.  Protect and Prevent, that is the key.  You don’t want to be caught without one or the other.  A sunburn can quickly ruin your trip and some insects carry nasty viruses.  You can avoid these unpleasant side effects by packing the proper products.

  • Double check your luggage to make sure you didn’t forget to pack something. Despite being extra meticulous, the tiniest of things may be forgotten.  Make a packing list ahead of time.  Then check your bag twice to make sure you have enough of all you need.

So rest assured that you too can enjoy your travel despite adult incontinence.  Simply pack your proper meds, your most comfortable clothing, your toiletries and your TENA intimates® Overnight Pads. Don’t stop living, start living.  Be free, go out there and have your next adventure!  I feel safe knowing that TENA intimates® Overnight Pads are protecting me from any nighttime accidents.  I can relax more into my sleep and allow me to be me.

If you’re looking for a the best protection for the Unexpected Leak™, TENA intimates® is your brand. Look for an FSI (Free standing insert) on 5/20, in the paper for $4.00 off any one (1) TENA Overnight Pad or TENA Overnight Underwear (2 week duration). This in-store redeemable offer ends 6/3.  You can also find $3 off any TENA Underwear through Ibotta in May starting on 5/9.  So share with us, where will your next adventure take you?

Thanks Cheryl. A lot of people don’t talk about AI, but it’s more common than we think. But we can all still live normal lives! Glad you enjoyed!
